NOTE:  We are currently supported by IE7 and IE8, all Firefox 3.x versions or later, Google Chrome 12.0 or later, Safari 5.0.5.  IE9 coming soon.

We have a workaround for IE9 on Windows7 or Windows Vista-32bit.  Long-term support coming soon.

1. Start IE 9.
2. Choose the "Internet Options" menu item.
3. Switch to the "Security" tab.
4. Choose "Local Intranet".
5. Click on the "Sites" button.
6. Click on the "Advanced" button.

7. Add the URL of https://rs1.closebynet.com/ to the Intranet zone. 

8. Restart IE 9.
